NewDay USA Career Impact Leadership Certification

 

Career Impact is where NewDay USA employees go to get on the job quality training in sales, leadership and communication. At the event (a two day certification, completed in one day) I learned:

• about the different DISC personalities and how they play a role in group dynamics

• to leverage and balance my skills in a professional individual and group situation

• how to interpret and understand by own strengths and values as well as others to effectively lead and communicate with a group

• contducted rapid research to prepare for an interview to show quick and critical learning abilities to employers

 

I was also trained and certified in interpreting and understanding different (DISC) personalities and behaviors to effectively operate in a group situation and be more self aware of verbal and nonverbal communication.

 

Preformed short notice research and prepared myself to change the way I present myself to employers, not change who I am for the employer

 

Participated in several challenging interview simulations with NewDay USA executives in which I embraced the skills or persuasion and influence I learned that day to “get the job”
