Testimonies of How Love Changes Lives
A few weeks ago I decided it was time to put down social media as a I aimlessly walked thru Annapolis for various appointments. Instead, I spoke up and said good morning to people and wished them well as they went about their day. Some people looked shocked that I would say hello and some were even startled. It struck me that there is so much to life beyond our 3x5 screens. Wake up, say hello! Feel the love and the warmth of other people. Some people might be a little prickly and grumpy, but maybe your dose of kindness is just enough to make them think for just a second that they are counted and they matter!

This is a result of an event we call Encouragement that Sticks. Sticky notes with words of encouragement are posted in public places such as depicted here in this photo above a water fountain. This was done at the University of Maryland and had a tremendous impact on this six year old as you can see. Learning to love on others at an early age is extremely important we believe. Let this testimony be evidence to that and be a source of encouragement.
