(Young Travelers Movement)
After extensively traveling during college I learned about the power that it has to transform individuals and reshape the way we see opportunity. I learned so much about myself, the world around me, the gifts I had to offer the world and about what I wanted to do with my gifts. I and others have now set out to encourage, inspire and empower others to travel before they get too far along in life.
We believe that traveling as early as possible will give you new insight into where you want your future to go, no matter what stage of life you are in. If you just graduated high school you will find what interests you and learn whether college is the right route. If you are in college you will gain new perspective on what interests you and what you want to study. If you just graduated it will inform you about where you might want to locate yourself for a job, family, ad future.
These are just a couple examples, but rest assure, if you don't fit into one of these it is still the right time for you to travel and you will get so much value out of it. We believe no one returns home the same as they were before setting out on an adventure...and if you do, then you did something wrong.
But that is why we are here as a community. We are here to help each other along the way, encourage each other, share tips and tricks and bring as much value to our fellow travelers. We do this because we are the future of this earth and if we are doing what we love (which we will/have discovered from traveling) we can rest assured that the world will be a great and successful place in the future.
